Thanksgiving

We had a wonderful time last night with friends and family. Even though Thanksgiving is traditionally a holiday celebrated in America, it was great to get together with everyone in the church to enjoy the craic, thank God for his blessing, and eat a wonderful meal. Thank you to everyone who worked so hard to make the night a success.
Thaddeus & Merie, the meat was wonderful. David, thanks for your help with setting up and peeling potatoes. Karen, thank you very much for the apple tart. Teri, thank you for the pumpkin pie and other goodies. Mark and Mairead, thanks for driving down from Belfast. Sean and Denise, thanks for coming. Liam, thanks for eating so much so that I didn’t have to.
